Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days from the delivery date shown on the tracking information to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at info@theroxguys.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

Customers are responsible for returning the item, including:

• Arranging the return shipment

• Using a tracked postal service

• Covering all return shipping costs

Once you contact us, we will confirm which return address your item should be sent to.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
If the condition is deemed satisfactory, we will notify you that your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
